Privacy policy
Last updated: November 2026. This policy explains what data this website processes and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Summary
This is an informational website about the VPN program. It has no user accounts or forms, and runs no advertising, analytics or social media scripts. It does not load content from other websites. We do not sell or share personal data.
2. Data we process
Browser storage on your device
We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so the banner does not reappear on every page. If you allow "Preferences", we also remember which FAQ answers you opened. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us. The Cookie policy lists each item.
Technical server data
Like any website, the web server that delivers these pages receives technical information needed to send them to your browser, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This information is used only to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Data we do not collect
- No names, email addresses or phone numbers
- No payment information
- No tracking or advertising profiles
- No precise location data
3. Legal basis
- Strictly necessary storage (your consent record): legitimate interest and the exemption for storage that is strictly necessary for a service you request (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive).
- Preference storage: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- Technical server data: legitimate interest in delivering a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Storage and retention
Browser storage stays on your device until you change your choice or clear your browser data. You can remove it at any time in your browser settings. Technical server data is kept only as long as needed for security and is then deleted.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data processed about you
- correct inaccurate data
- have data erased
- restrict or object to processing
- data portability
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing done before withdrawal
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, especially in the EU country where you live or work
Because the data on this site is stored on your own device, you can exercise most of these rights directly. Open to change your choice, or clear this site's data in your browser.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we ever add tools that need your consent, we will ask again before using them.
